Job Description

As an Associate Product Analyst, you will:

Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Be responsible for maintaining functionalities for assigned modules.
Gain expertise on assigned product components and conduct competitive analysis.
Review gap analysis and provide expert solutions.
Work on Jiva core product track and client-specific solutions.
Deliver product artifacts (BRDs, PRD/FRS) and provide walkthrough sessions.
Assist in market research, competitor research, and assessing policy impacts.
Collaborate with Product Development teams to resolve issues and clarify queries.
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review solutions for ER/CR and NPIs.
Engage in creative product development and continuous enhancement activities.

Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for the Associate Product Analyst role, you should have:

A BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech/MBA from a reputed institution.
0-4 years of experience in a relevant field.
Strong dependability, initiative, and time management skills.
Good communication (both oral and written) and client focus.
Strong analytical, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with US healthcare domain and Jiva Product Knowledge (preferred).
Skills in Product Catalog Development and Documentation Development.
