Job Description
As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Samacare, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable software solutions.
- Build responsive web applications using React JS and TypeScript.
- Develop server-side logic with Node.js and integrate with Postgres SQL databases.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using AWS services.
- Containerize applications using Docker.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, providing timely solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive innovation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) for cloud-based development.
- Experience with React JS and TypeScript for front-end development.
- 4 years of professional experience in Fullstack development.
- Strong understanding of Postgres SQL for database optimization.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to deliver high-quality software products.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of other front-end frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or DynamoDB.
- Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
- Contributions to open-source projects or an active online presence in the tech community.
- Proficiency in containerization using Docker.
