Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at Flexera, you will be responsible for:

Responding to Customer, Sales, and Product Support requests to enrich the company's Data Platform.
Investigating and resolving content-related issues and maintaining data accuracy.
Conducting research on software products and ensuring consistency and quality in the company’s normalized database.
Identifying data trends, analyzing complex data sets, and providing insights.
Ensuring up-to-date information in various IT and vertical markets (Medical, Finance, Banking, etc.).
Communicating with internal teams about enrichments, defects, and data alignments.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and updating knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

IT Asset Management knowledge, including software/hardware assemblies, licensing terms, and version management.
Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Cloud technologies, and software licensing.
Strong online research skills, capable of quickly and accurately gathering specific data.
Experience with large datasets and organizing information effectively.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic understanding of databases, APIs, SQL, and scripting languages.
Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
