Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at Flexera, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to Customer, Sales, and Product Support requests to enrich the company's Data Platform.
  • Investigating and resolving content-related issues and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Conducting research on software products and ensuring consistency and quality in the company’s normalized database.
  • Identifying data trends, analyzing complex data sets, and providing insights.
  • Ensuring up-to-date information in various IT and vertical markets (Medical, Finance, Banking, etc.).
  • Communicating with internal teams about enrichments, defects, and data alignments.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and updating knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

  • IT Asset Management knowledge, including software/hardware assemblies, licensing terms, and version management.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Cloud technologies, and software licensing.
  • Strong online research skills, capable of quickly and accurately gathering specific data.
  • Experience with large datasets and organizing information effectively.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and basic understanding of databases, APIs, SQL, and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of multiple operating systems and platforms.
  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
