Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will:

  • Handle inbound and outbound processes.
  • Resolve customer queries over phone calls.
  • Participate in domestic processes for Tech Mahindra's customer support team.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution.

Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for the Customer Support Associate role, you should:

  • Be a graduate/post-graduate in any field.
  • Have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Be comfortable working 6 days a week with a rotational week-off.
  • Have 0 to 5 years of experience in call centers/BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Be within the age limit of 18 to 35 years.

Work-from-Home Prerequisites

  • A laptop/desktop with a camera and microphone.
  • A processor of i3 or above with 8GB RAM (AMD not allowed).
  • Windows 10 or above (original & activated).
  • Stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or dongle) with a minimum 20 MBPS upload/download speed.
  • Power backup and a noise-cancellation headset.

Additional Requirements

  • Language proficiency in one or more of the following: Gujarati, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi.
  • Ability to work efficiently under guidance and mentorship.
  • Familiarity with AI systems or content writing in short and long formats (preferred).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Working Days

  • 6 days a week.
  • 1 rotational week-off (not necessarily on weekends).
