Job Description

As a Service Desk Engineer at Zones LLC, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and configure desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Provide IT support to clients worldwide in a 24/7 rotational shift.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques.
• Create real-time tickets and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Assist customers through the problem-solving process and follow up on their status.
• Work effectively in a team environment and communicate through collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and Skype.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems (Windows), hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with remote troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• 0-6 months of experience in IT Support.

Education Qualification

• B.Tech/BE (Computer, IT) or BCA, BSc, MCA, MSc (IT, Computer)
