Job Description

As a Capgemini Exceller/CSG, your key responsibilities include:

• Providing best-in-class customer service by resolving queries and technical issues over the phone and other support channels.
• Managing ticketing systems: prioritizing, categorizing, and tracking the status of customer queries.
• Using business intelligence tools and analysis for customer support.
• Delivering effective customer service by resolving customer issues in the first contact and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
• Supporting customers across various industries such as Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology.
• Troubleshooting issues related to internet, password resets, and profile management.
• Managing customer emails and improving service quality using Capgemini's AI BOT CHIP.

Desired Skills

To be successful in the Exceller/CSG role, you should have:

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of computing and the ability to adapt to new systems.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment and relocate as needed.
