Job Description:

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can interact with customers through various channels? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Associate Chat - Contact Centre.

As an Associate Chat - Contact Centre, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving customer complaints, providing product and service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication channels such as email and chat. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Responding to customer emails and chats in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Recording customer queries and inquiries accurately.
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Documenting all chat information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Recognizing and alerting the management team of trends in customer chat.
  • Following up with customer calls or chats where necessary.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in customer service process/operations/Chat Process.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and resolving customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Responding to customer emails and chats in a timely and appropriate manner.

  • Providing product and service information to customers.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Documenting all chat information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Recognizing and alerting the management team of trends in customer chat.
  • Following up with customer calls or chats where necessary.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Competencies:

  • Preference to be given to Aviation experienced individuals.
  • Should be flexible with a 24/7 working environment.
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and Written).
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Desired Education:

  • Minimum Graduate.

Desired Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in customer service process/operations.
