Role & Responsibilities:

• Work with Product and Design teams to design, code, test, and deploy software that solves real-life business problems.
• Help scale the Business Spend Management platform, balancing the power of a consolidated codebase and the flexibility of microservices.
• Solve complex problems with creative, elegant solutions.
• Work in an agile environment with quick iterations, feedback, and best practices like unit testing, automation testing, and code reviews.
• Look for continuous opportunities to improve the platform, processes, and business outcomes.
• Communicate and collaborate with support and professional services teams to address customer issues.

Who can apply?

• Batch: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 pass out.
• Academic Criteria: Aggregate 60% or above in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, IT, MCA, MCS, MTech, BTech, BE, PhD.
• Experience: Fresher (0 to 4 years).

• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and passion for using technology to enhance human life.
• Proficiency in coding, data structures, SOLID principles, and programming concepts.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and eagerness to apply new ideas and trends in solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

What You’ll Do:

• 1 Month:

  • Complete onboarding and learn basics of web programming (backend: Ruby/Python/Go, frontend: React, Javascript).
  • Understand database concepts and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Tackle your first task.

• 3 Months:

  • Participate in product development and ship your first feature.
  • Engage in on-call support rotations to diagnose and resolve production issues.
  • Write internal documentation for your features and systems.

• 6 Months:

  • Reliably ship full features.
  • Assist peers with best practices in product development.
  • Provide input on improving the platform at scale.

• 12 Months:

  • Build, launch, and support major features.
  • Own significant areas of the application and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Impact product features for all users and contribute to system improvement.
